Last Day

Thanks Room 3 for an amazing year. To my year 6's, have a restful holiday and enjoy your start at intermediate next year. You all make incredibly proud. To my year  5's, have a restful break and I'll see you all back as year 6's leaders. You will be incredible role models as Tuakana for our Teina.

Mighty Maui

Thanks to these two talented locals who presented Maui stories through  song, drama and puppetry. They then held workshops for our year 4-6 students.

What a beautiful day for athletics today. Thanks to Whaea Donna for all the organising and thanks to all our parents who came to help and watch. What a great opportunity for our learners to show their virtues.

As part of our inquiry around 'Global Interaction' we looked at how our fast food choices have been influenced by other countries. Why do you think many people are now choosing Mexican and Japanese foods over American based fast food?

Passion Project

Room 3 learners had a  productive afternoon working on their passion projects. This is an authentic way for the students to show their capabilities  of being an responsible learner. Thanks to two of our amazing mums who came to help. It's really appreciated.

Rippa Tournament

Thanks Whaea Donna and the Dynamo Leaders for organising the school Rippa tournament to celebrate the World Cup rugby. What a fun way to support the AllBlacks
